VanMoof's 'TV' boxes
VanMoof makes* really cool bikes. A few years back, they found that their bikes were getting damaged during shipping more often than they'd like, so they came up with a clever solution where they made the box look like it was being used to ship a TV. This had the effect of people handling the boxes more carefully, saving both them and their customers some headaches.
*At the time of writing, VanMoof is bankrupt, so perhaps it should be "made really cool bikes".

Flighty's demo mode
Flighty is an Apple design award-winning app for tracking flights.
A detail I love is that it includes a free-to-use demo mode, where you can track a random flight that's departing soon. You can track it in the UI, and also make use of iOS's Live Activities, plus gate, departure and arrival notifications.
It's kind of genius, as Flighty is a fantastic app but it's difficult to see the value of it without actually using it to track a flight. I imagine without the demo mode a lot of people would download it, open it once, then forget about it as it hasn't had a chance to demonstrate its utility.

Moorfields Eye Hospital's green line
Moorfields is an eye hospital in London. To help patients with poor eyesight find their way there, a thick green line leads directly from the nearest tube station to the hospital.
